Kubrick

It began as a one-column layout, but most recent examples I've seen have a side column added and flexible-width versions are also around now. In this adaptation, Tiki's left-column modules are stacked under the right column's. This version also uses a phpLayers menu so navigation doesn't depend on a side column.
